What is Keobiz in 2026?

Keobiz is an accounting firm (cabinet d'expertise comptable) founded in 2012, which the company describes as "hybrid": a firm registered with the Ordre des experts-comptables (the French chartered accountants' body), with the tools of an online firm. It claims to support more than 14,000 entrepreneurs. Each client has a dedicated account manager, who can be reached by phone or e-mail, or even met in Paris or Rouen, and a portal to track their finances. Keobiz is designed for businesses registered in France (a foreign freelancer based in France included).

The principle is delegation: you entrust your accounting to a firm that keeps your books, validates your annual accounts and files on your behalf. It is the opposite of software that you run yourself, and it explains the price gap with tools like Indy or Abby.

What you get

In all packs, Keobiz states accounts validated by an expert-comptable, follow-up and online filing (VAT/TVA, CFE local business tax, IS corporate tax), an account manager who knows your trade and access to the portal. Higher packs add the annual general meeting and approval of the accounts, a business account with Mastercard cards, a cash-flow plan, filing of the accounts with the registry (registry fees included) and, with FastTrack, accounts finalised in under 60 days after receiving your closing documents. The accounting relies on connections to Pennylane for bank accounts and business tools, with documents sent through the platform rather than by e-mail.

Pricing

Here is what Keobiz's pricing page shows (as of October 2026, excl. VAT (HT), per month). Two prices are shown for each pack depending on legal status: Easy from €79 to €89, Confort from €99 to €109, Plus from €139 and Premium from €169 to €179. The Immo packs for SCI (property holding company) and LMNP (furnished rental status) start at €49, plus €10 per property. Payroll management is an option, from €15 a month.

Keobiz also announces "right now" free company creation, instead of €500, with choice of status, drafting of the articles of association and formalities. It is a temporary offer: check it when you make your request. We could not verify the commitment period: it appears in the quote and the terms, so ask for it before you sign.

What users say

On Trustpilot, Keobiz shows 4.3/5 ("Excellent") from 4,715 reviews as of 7 October 2026, 1,073 of them in the last twelve months. On Google, the listing "Keobiz - Cabinet d'expert comptable" shows 4.2/5 from 6,478 reviews. Customers praise the availability, professionalism and kindness of the account managers, whom many name by first name, and the support with creation or with catching up on late accounting. Some customers have been with Keobiz for eight years.

The criticism exists and is specific: communication difficulties, late replies, changes of contact (one customer speaks of their third in three years, while praising their advice), a tool seen as disappointing and a few very negative reviews about missed legal deadlines, such as a late filing. To read these ratings in context: according to Trustpilot, Keobiz regularly invites its customers to leave a review and replies to 99% of its negative reviews.

What we like less

Three reservations. First the price: from €79 to €89 excl. VAT a month, it is a firm, so more expensive than accounting software for a simple micro-entreprise. Then continuity of follow-up: several reviews describe changes of account manager and delays, which matters when you delegate everything. Finally the commitment, which we could not verify: ask for it in the quote and compare with the terms of other firms.
