The online invoicing software to create your quotes and invoices, chase your clients and track your payments, with a free plan

Zervant is online invoicing software for freelancers and small businesses. You create a quote, your client accepts it online, you turn it into an invoice, send it by email and track its payment, all from your browser or the mobile app. The free plan has no time limit, and paid plans add automatic reminders, recurring invoices and bank connection.
Freelancers and micro-entrepreneurs who invoice a few clients a month and want a clean tool, in euros, with no bloat. If you are starting out with fewer than 5 clients, the free plan is enough. If you also want accounting, social contribution filings and tracking of your business account, look at Abby or Indy, which go further on the management side. Zervant focuses on one thing: quotes and invoices.
Online payment billed per use: 1.9% + €0.25 per invoice paid by European card, €0.99 excl. VAT per invoice paid by bank transfer. Zervant announces up to 15% savings with yearly billing. Prices excluding VAT. Prices checked on zervant.com in November 2026.
At FreelanceKit, we picked Zervant for its honest free plan and its prices in euros: a freelancer starting out can send their first quotes and invoices without paying anything, then move to Starter for under €10 a month once the clients add up. The tool does one thing and does it cleanly, with real payment tracking and reminders that spare you the awkward emails.
The weak point to know: the free plan runs out fast. 5 clients and 5 invoices a month is the threshold of a very early business, and automatic reminders, the most useful feature of all, already require the Starter plan. Recurring invoices and bank connection are on Pro at €17.99 excl. VAT, and online payment costs on every invoice. Finally, Zervant does neither accounting nor filings: if you want everything in one place, it is not the one.
